Daniel A. Drobnick

Daniel is an associate in the firm's Chicago Office. He represents corporate clients on a wide range of other general corporate and business matters, such as equity offerings, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. He serves a broad range of clients, comprised of publicly traded and privately-owned companies, private equity firms, lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and start-ups, in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, film making, veterinary, and automotive.
