Amelia is an experienced litigator who represents clients in both state and federal court. She focuses her practice on complex commercial and consumer privacy disputes.
Amelia is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through appeal, and represents clients across a wide variety of industries, including insurance, health care, technology, telecommunications, automotive, and energy. Amelia consistently receives praise for her marked dedication and commitment to work-product excellence. She has drafted and managed hundreds of complex court filings, supervised large document-review teams, and prepared for and attended numerous evidentiary hearings and mediations. Amelia is also comfortable and resilient in challenging legal situations. She has worked on numerous important issues of first impression and regularly devises and effectuates successful strategies in difficult circumstances.
Amelia works closely with Winston’s Regulated Personal Information (RPI) and Global Privacy & Data Security practice leaders on privacy litigation matters and on data breach/security incident response teams. Her work on privacy litigation matters has included defending companies against consumer privacy and data breach class actions.
Amelia maintains a robust pro bono practice. She has represented several clients in immigration proceedings. She has also been involved in multiple special-education matters, including representing clients at Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and mediations.
Amelia was recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Entertainment and Sports Law.

Education
Amelia received a B.A., magna cum laude, in History from New York University in 2014. She received a J.D. in 2018 from the University of Chicago Law School, where she received an award for “toughness, honesty, and fair dealing.” While studying for the bar exam, Amelia volunteered at the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic and represented a client at trial.
