Ashley Graham

As an intellectual property litigation associate in Winston & Strawn’s New York office, Ashley primarily focuses her practice on advising clients on patent litigation matters.
Ashley is experienced in assisting clients through various phases of district court litigation in matters involving a wide array of technologies, ranging from medical devices to consumer electronics. Ashley also leverages her degree in neuroscience in connection with her work on Hatch-Waxman patent cases.
Ashley is active in pro bono work, having worked on matters seeking post-conviction relief for an inmate on death row and assisting a veteran in obtaining disability benefits.
During law school, Ashley was a judicial extern for the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and a judicial extern for the Honorable G. Michael Harvey of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to law school, while earning her undergraduate degree in neuroscience, she was involved in research related to neuron regeneration and drug pharmacodynamics.

Ashley received her B.S., summa cum laude, in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018. She received her J.D. with high honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2021, where she was an associate editor at The George Washington Law Review.
