Juliette A.L. Huard Bourgois

Juliette has experience of international arbitration proceedings under the ICC, LCIA, LMAA, SIAC, CAS, and ICSID rules. She has also acted for clients in commercial disputes before the English, French, and DIFC courts. She is qualified in both France and England and able to advise on common or civil law issues. She also specializes in the drafting of complex dispute resolution agreements and advises on non-contentious international law matters involving jurisdiction and applicable law, treaty interpretation, EU law, and environmental law.

Prior to private practice, Juliette worked at the School of International Arbitration of Queen Mary University, the English Court of Appeal and the European Commission.
