Amy Inagaki

Amy represents corporate and fund clients in domestic and cross-border business transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, debt and equity financing, and reorganizations. She also regularly advises clients on corporate matters, including corporate governance, entity formation, and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy was counsel to a U.S. subsidiary of a global telecommunications company based in Japan and was an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group of a premier international law firm, where her practice focused on representing Japanese clients in cross-border transactions.
