Amélie specializes in restructuring, corporate, and insolvency law.
As an associate in Winston & Strawn’s Restructuring practice in Paris, she is part of the team led by Julie Cittadini. Amélie assists French and international clients in managing financial and operational crises, advising both debtors or creditors involved in amicable out-of-court proceedings, insolvency in-court proceedings and litigation matters.
Prior to joining Winston & Strawn, Amélie worked as an associate in other French and international law firms, as part of their restructuring team.
She is fluent in French, English and German.
