Charles A. Klingenberger

Charlie is an associate in the Chicago office. He focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions.

Prior to joining Winston, Charlie completed a fellowship with the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) at the Loyola University Chicago Business Law Clinic, where he gained valuable experience working with entrepreneurs and non-profits on a variety of corporate matters. Before law school, Charlie served as a Teaching Fellow with the University of Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE).
