- Served as a member of the defense and trial teams for Hunter Biden in dual prosecutions brought by the Special Counsel’s Office for firearms and tax offenses, and currently represents Mr. Biden in various civil and congressional proceedings
- Represented a former United States Senator in a high-profile grand jury investigation related to allegations of public corruption, improper foreign influence, and bribery
- Representing a former executive and head of listings of a major foreign digital asset exchange
- Representing a real estate investor accused of committing wire and mortgage fraud affecting a financial institution
- Secured complete acquittal for an individual accused of acting as an unregistered foreign agent under 18 U.S.C. § 951 following a seven-week trial in the Eastern District of New York
- Represented a global financial institution in a securities class action brought by shareholders in the Southern District of New York arising out of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) fraud and subsequent inquiries
- Conducted Foreign Corrupt Practices Act due diligence in connection with the acquisition of several private equity portfolio holdings in the aerospace industry
- Represented a stock-trading platform and its executives in parallel state-court, arbitration, and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission actions alleging employment discrimination and breach of contract

- Represented an incarcerated individual in his Section 1983 action against New York City police officers for failure to intervene, which resulted in a private settlement for the Plaintiff
- Represented families of victims of an international terrorist attack in a suit seeking recovery from a foreign terrorist organization in the Southern District of New York
