Melissa Laws

In addition to representing clients in employment litigation, Melissa provides advice and counseling to clients regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations including Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). She assists clients in the development of contractual agreements, employment agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks. In addition, Melissa has significant experience in all aspects of e-discovery including preservation, collection, review, production, and post-production challenges.
