Ryan Meyer

Ryan is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office. He represents clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Ryan has experience in a variety of industries both in the private and public sectors on transactions ranging from US$10M to US$4.5B. 

Prior to joining Winston, Ryan participated in Northwestern Pritzker School of Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, gaining valuable experience working directly with clients on a variety of corporate matters. Before law school, Ryan was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Great Lakes Advisors – Wintrust Wealth Management in Chicago.
