Kenneth focuses his practice on restructuring and insovlency, concentrating on bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining Winston, Kenneth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jil Mazer-Marino for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable S. Martin Teel for the District of Columbia.

Kenneth received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was involved in the Yale Law & Policy Review as well as the Journal on Regulation. He earned his M.A. from Harvard Divinity School, where he received his Master of Theological Studies. Kenneth received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Florida A&M University.
