Justin Podjasek

Justin represents clients in the real estate industry in connection with structured mortgage financings (representing both borrowers and lenders), debt acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio and single asset acquisitions and sales, property assemblage, development, and construction. His national practice includes a variety of asset classes such as office, retail, and industrial properties.

Additionally, Justin regularly advises clients on the management of their real estate assets and leasing of their portfolios (representing both landlords and tenants), including build-to-suit and credit tenant leasing. He also counsels real estate investment trusts (REITs), investment advisors, public and private companies, investors, financial institutions, and developers throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Justin served as counsel at URS Corporation (subsequently acquired by AECOM), where he provided the company advice regarding procuring, negotiating, and then managing public and private design, engineering, and construction projects located in the United States and abroad.
