Dion J. Robbins

Dion is currently seconded part-time to the in-house legal department of a client.

Dion focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, regulatory enforcement actions, and white collar defense and investigations. He has extensive experience in a wide array of complex disputes, including False Claims Act defense and qui tam (whistleblower) actions, products liability matters, and class actions. He has represented technology, financial service, insurance, and entertainment companies in areas such as FTC and CFTC enforcement actions, counseling and compliance, fraud, breach of contract, privacy matters, and criminal investigations. Dion also represents high-profile corporations and individuals in white collar defense matters and trials.

Prior to joining the firm, Dion was a judicial extern to the Hon. Timothy C. Batten of the Northern District of Georgia and the Hon. Emmet G. Sullivan of the District of Columbia.
