Jennifer advises public and private companies, private equity clients, and fiduciaries on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
Jennifer assists clients with executive employment agreements, the design and implementation of equity and incentive compensation plans, and other executive compensation arrangements and public company disclosure requirements relating to executive compensation. She also assists in the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions.
Jennifer is listed as a “Key Lawyer” in The Legal 500 U.S. from 2021–2024 for Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and Retirement Plans: Transactional.
Jennifer is a member of the firm’s Winston PRIDE affinity group.
Jennifer received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2009. She received her LL.M. in European Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2010.
