Jennifer Stadler

Jennifer has extensive experience assisting with the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of transactions that range from middle market to complex, cross-border transactions, across a number of different industries.

Jennifer supports her clients with the design, drafting, negotiation, and implementation of employment, severance, and change-in-control agreements, equity and equity-based incentive compensation plans, phantom incentive compensation plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and other executive compensation arrangements. She also assists public company clients with executive compensation disclosure requirements, including for transaction-related filings.

In addition, Jennifer counsels clients on statutory and regulatory compliance with respect to executive compensation-related matters. She advises on executive compensation-related provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, including Section 83, Section 409A, and Section 280G, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and federal securities laws and regulations.
