Merav Watson

Merav is an attorney in the firm’s New York office. She represents private sponsors on both the borrower and lender side in connection with a range of finance transactions, with an emphasis on acquisition financings. Additionally, Merav has experience representing independent agents and trustees on credit facilities and bond deals.
