Artem received his J.D., from UCLA School of Law, where he served as the Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and as a judicial extern to the Honorable John Kronstadt In the United States District Court for the Central District of California. While at UCLA, Artem received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Silver Award for Torts and the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award for Telecommunication Regulations.

Artem received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine, where he was a member of the 2018 Phi Beta Kappa graduating class.
