Jessica focuses her practice on a broad array of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
Jessica is an associate in Winston’s Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice. She assists clients with their qualified retirements plans, health and welfare benefits, EBEC due diligence, and executive compensation plans and agreements.
Prior to joining Winston, Jessica worked as a paralegal at a Chicagoland family law firm and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joan H. Lefkow in the Northern District of Illinois.
Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice. During law school, she served as the chair of the Women’s Law Society Community Service Committee and volunteered at the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center. Jessica has also assisted pro bono clients in a range of matters that include petitioning for asylum and preparing tax documents to obtain non-profit status.
Jessica received her B.A. in History from Northern Illinois University in 2011 and a certificate in paralegal studies from Elgin Community College in 2013. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Illinois College of Law in 2018, where she was an admissions editor for the University of Illinois Law Review.
