David O’Donaghue

David is an associate in Winston & Strawn’s Chicago office and represents public and private company clients in a variety of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and gerneral corporate advice. 

Prior to joining Winston, David served as an extern to the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He also worked as a sales representative for Oracle Corporation in Burlington, Massachusetts.
