Tyler J. Speakes

Tyler is an associate in the Chicago office. He focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Winston, Tyler clerked for Fuksa Khorshid, LLC. Tyler also worked in Loyola University Chicago’s Business Law Clinic, where he assisted clients on various corporate issues.
