Julie Goodman

Julie is responsible for leading the firm’s global commitment to sustainability, which includes implementing the firm’s Roadmap to Net Zero—a plan to achieve 50% carbon reduction by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050. She also leads the firm’s Winston for Good program where local office attorneys and staff give back within our communities through volunteer activities. Julie also oversees the firm’s charitable giving activities through the Winston & Strawn Foundation.

Prior to being named the firm’s Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer, Julie served as the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. During her three decades with Winston, she has had overall responsibility for human resources, attorney recruiting, diversity, internal communications, and administration.
